Paul C. Koepke is a veteran coach, athletic leader, and program builder with more than two decades of experience developing athletes, teams, and organizations across youth, high school, and competitive travel sports. Known for his commitment to leadership, mentorship, and holistic athlete development, Koepke has built a reputation for sustained success both on and off the court.

Koepke served as the Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach at Bellaire High School from 2017 to 2025, where he built and directed the program into a consistent contender. His coaching résumé also includes experience as a varsity cross country coach, assistant varsity football coach, middle school head coach for boys’ and girls’ basketball, and assistant coach at both JV and varsity levels.

Beyond the high school level, Koepke has been deeply involved in youth and travel athletics. He has coached youth basketball from first through sixth grade, served as a travel coach for boys’ and girls’ teams with Northern Exposure and Northern Pride, directed Bellaire Youth flag football programs, and coached Little League baseball. In addition to his coaching career, Koepke brings extensive professional experience as a business owner and organizational leader.
